I graduated from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Health Science (IPTAS) in 2012 with a BSc in Applied Health Science and Diploma in Physical Therapy. I am also qualified Lymphedema Therapist (Dr. Vodder method).
I am a registered Member of the Irish Association of Physical Therapists (MIAPT), and Full Member of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Ireland (MLD Ireland).
I treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. With a strong sporting and science background, I have always been fascinated by the biomechanics of human movement and I enjoy applying my knowledge and an evidence-based approach when working with clients to get to the root cause of their pain or discomfort.
I use a range of hands-on treatment techniques and I provide rehabilitation programs to suit the individual client’s needs. I am committed to further learning for the ultimate benefit of my clients through continued professional development and education.
