The Prehab Lab treats injuries and pain using a variety of methods, each varied to the patient’s need.

Outside the Lab we work with sports teams, athletes and patients in their own environments aiming to reduce the risk of injury & prevent injury reoccurrence, all while increasing the athlete’s performance and confidence, through education and practical work.
